I will briefly tell you about my experience as a child caregiver. I took care of two sweet boys (17 months old and 3 yo). I used to drive the older one to school, outside activities, crafts, change diapers, readings, and I always tried to create new things to do; I worked with them for more than 1 year. After that, I took care of a baby girl who was 2 years old for more than a year. Also, I took care of two boys ( 9 years old - with autism and 12 years old). I had a very specific routine with the youngest one, I can tell you more about it! I am also a nurse. I worked as a pediatric nurse back in Brazil for about three years, so I love working with these little ones as a nurse or nanny. I hope you like my profile and my experience. Carolina was an excellent nanny for my autistic son. She worked for me for two years and essentially became part of our family. Besides being very helpful and reliable, her nursing skills really made me feel comfortable with her taking care of my child. Unfortunately I had to move out of state due to work and could not bring Carol with us. Hopefully you'll be lucky to have her as you nanny.
