About Mariana

My career began at daycare centers, providing educational and recreational activities to groups of 1 to 5-year-old children, looking after all of their basic needs and initiating their educational life. Later on I embarked in an Au pair program and became a live-in nanny for 2 years caring for two boys aged 4 and 6. I attended to their every need from breakfast to bed time; helping with school work, preparing meals, playing games and sports, doing art, driving, organizing play dates and activities, and caring for their general well-being, making sure they grew up happy and healthy. We enjoyed a number of adventures at parks, the zoo, museums, movies theaters and the library. I also babysat/ nannied for a number of families in the Piedmont, CA area, engaging in all sorts of cheerful activities. I love being in the presence of kids, aiming to build a trusting and respectful relationship with them. Caring for their emotional, physical and social well-being.
