I work full time in government which means I have clearance and no drug use. I grew up with a lot of children around and also took care of a family member as a paid home-aid due to her physical disability. I received intensive training from nurses including how to lift a wheelchair bound child, feeding via mouth/ g-tube, cleaning throat ventilation, and changing undergarments.
