It is with great pride that I strongly recommend Maria for employment. Over the past twenty-one years in which I have owned and operated a business, I have had the opportunity to employ a variety of people; both for my design agency, as well as personally, to nanny my three children. Among all of my employees, Maria stands out as a performer with professional capability and personal character. Maria s qualifications made her an invaluable addition to our lives and will serve her well in any atmosphere. Chief among her attributes are reliability, honesty, willingness to work hard, determination, intelligence, professionalism and maturity. I am quite fortunate to have had Maria as a nanny in my home, taking care of three children, helping to run the household, and being my personal assistant. We have two girls and a boy, who range in age from 7 to 13. For more than two years, Maria helped with all of their needs at home, with school and extra curricular activities. I trusted her implicitly with their care and safety. She became a member of our family. She never called in sick, always did as she was asked with a smile on her face and a great attitude. As a business owner, it was critical to me that she took initiative to fill her time productively. When all three children were in school full-time, we still kept her employed 40 hours a week because of how important she was to our daily lives, and the function of our home. Even when she took a corporate job, she arranged to have her daughter take on her responsibilities here without missing one day. She even trained her before she left. Maria will thrive wherever she goes, as she is always pushing herself to learn more and grow in any environment. I expect her to excel in any position, and also to encourage others to strive beyond their own expectations. I would hire her back without question. I highly recommend Maria for employment.
