Perform healthcare related tasks such as monitoring vital signs, safety and medication under the supervision of a registered nurse. Administer bedside and personal care such as ambulations, turning and positioning, personal hygiene assistance and other ADLs including companionship . Assist with catheter and ostomy care. . Care for individuals and families during periods of incapacitation, family disruption or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care and help in adjusting to new lifestyles.
