I spoke with her on the phone, then did a video interview. We scheduled a training shift for the following evening, confirmed during the interview and again by text. She never showed up for the scheduled shift. Didn't text and didn't call and didn't respond to my texts and calls asking what happened? It's very unprofessional to just not show and not communicate about it.
