First time parents and first time looking into getting a babysitter outside of family. Marissa was one of the first nanny’s to respond to us & we are so thankful she did. From being available to jump on a video interview to giving us a test run she quickly made us feel so comfortable. She is a good communicator, gives me updates, & responds well to instructions/requests. She has made going back to work a little easier even when I miss my little man.
