Hi there! I am a first-year medical student at the UCSD School of Medicine, looking to work part-time -or full-time in the summer - as a nanny. I have been working with kids ages 6 months old and up since the beginning of high school. I am great with infants and toddlers and have experience caring for multiple kids at once. I also have worked as a teaching assistant at a summer educational program for low-income kids and as a gymnastics teacher for small children. We were so lucky we found Rachel! She nannied for our little man from when he was around 1 year old thru til 2.5. I always felt so comfortable with her around- she was warm, adaptable, followed instruction, and also just had a really grounded sensibility. I just knew that if there was an emergency she would just know how to handle it (Rachel being a Med student also gives extra comfort!). Rachel is a dependable, smart, well rounded and just generally a really good person. I truly can't speak highly enough of her and am so happy to recommend her.
