About Marla

Hi! I'm Marla. I spent 20 yrs as a stay-at-home homeschooling mother to two children, K-12. I have spent the past 3 yrs in aviation working at the Charleston International Airport as a supervisor for Delta ramp operations until taking a job with BOEING. My husband was relocated to the Greensboro area last yr. so I took a job as Crew Chief for Piedmont Aviation, briefly, here in Greensboro. I was raised in a military family. I am highly adaptable, hard-working, and have exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. My personal experience w/ a younger brother who has Down syndrome has instilled a deep understanding & empathy for individuals w/special needs. Additionally, I have experience in working w/individuals with dementia & Alzheimer's, making me well-equipped to handle the unique challenges that come with senior care. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others and I am dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for those in my care.
