My daughter L. (22 months) warmed up to Marlene within 5 minutes of her arrival! They had a lot of fun together and I was confident from the moment Marlene arrived that L. was happy and safe while I was gone. Although L. attends daycare, she is not used to having babysitters in her home, and Marlene put both of us at ease quickly. Marlene was professional and timely and responded very promptly to all of my communication.
