About Marlen

Hi, I currently work with a company called behavioral transformation. I work with kids throughout my day, I shape their behaviors and teach them naturalistic skills. They feel like my own kids. I'd describe my personality as funny, outgoing, and caring. I like working with kids because it's everyday is a different day whether it's good or bad, I love teaching them naturalistic skills, but also it's about have fun with them! I'm looking for a job that appreciates my value of work not only that but appreciates me as a person. :) I started working with kids almost 7 months ago. Idk the oldest in my family, I have taken responsibility of my siblings since I was young therefore I would take care of them. In my spare time, I like to read books, go to the gym and try new things! My skills include multitasker, quick on my feet, and I'm patient.
