About Mary Claire

Hello, my name is Mary, and working with children is one of the greatest joys I have had the opportunity of experiencing. I have five years of experience both privately sitting for families and working as a camp counselor. Most of my experience is with children between the ages of 4 years old to 15 years old My approach to child care is based in compassion and mindfulness. I love fostering play, understanding, and magic in activities and duties. I enjoy finding out what makes a child light up and then creating a care plan based around their unique needs and interests. I am 29 years old with a bright, positive spirit. I have an affinity for arts & crafts, nature, outdoor activities, cooking, singing, reading, and learning. I also adore animals. I love sharing these passions with those I interact with.
