Christian, certified wellness practitioner. Over 30 years experience working with adults and seniors of all levels in a variety of settings including hospitals, homes, clubs, and clinics. Served in many capacities including consulting, coaching, companionship, nurturing and caregiving, assisting ADLs, post rehab & fitness, transporting, organizing, light cleaning, food prep, errands, etc. Medical-related degree with experience in cardio-pulmonary rehab, back/neck therapy, fitness, wellness, weight control, and nutrition. Also worked with disabled individuals including stroke, diabetics, quadriplegics, and volunteered with children with TBI. My goal is person-centric wellness focusing on the whole person, i. e. physical, mental, social, and spiritual vitality and wellbeing. **Bonus: Can assist in medically directed physical conditioning for strength, flexibility, mobility, pain control, and overall functional abilities (within scope and medical clearance).
