Where do I begin? Matthew is such a kind hearted, considerate caregiver. He dependably took care of our father for many months while he lived in a different state than us. My dad is in the early stages of dementia, and can often be difficult to deal with and make bad decisions. Matthew patiently helped my dad with his daily needs and constantly looked out for his best interests. He was an outstanding companion to our father. He also went above and beyond to keep my dad’s place clean. Even after we were able to get my dad moved closer to me, Matthew was a steadfast friend to my father: connecting with him often over the phone. I can’t speak highly enough of Matthew’s character and quality as a care giver.
