Hello, My name is Magnama (Maya). I have been working in the home health care field/ for 13 years now. Since 2011, I have had the privilege of working with over 100s of families, providing care to their loved ones. No other job brings me joy as much as, taking care of our elderly in the community and helping them get through their daily activities. I love assisting those who need it the most and allowing them to stay independent and remain in their homes as long as possible brings me as much happiness as they feel. I tend to get very protective of my clients as well, which contributes to my drive to go above and beyond for them all. Maya is such a joyful and caring person, and her positivity is infectious. She is clearly very passionate about her work. She is incredibly patient with my husband, especially with his limitations in communicating with others. He has been very comfortable and happy with Maya's care.
