I am a current college student with 12+ years of childcare experience. I am certified in both adult and infant CPR and First Aid. I also have many families that can proudly stand behind my assertion that I provide exemplary care and am always delighted to provide for their families and children. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and gentle. I like working with kids because they teach me a lot about how they see the world and force me to see it in a new light. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my academic schedule, but also a rewarding experience. I started working with kids when my second sister was born. I have been helping to raise my siblings, along with helping out with special needs children, infants and toddlers from all backgrounds. In my spare time, I like to paint and go on hikes. I love the outdoors and always find peace in it. My skills include perfectly timed stories just as you're heading out the door for date night, great snacks, and patience!

We have been fortunate to work with Meadow while she is attending undergrad at UIUC and we are missing her terribly during the summer months! She is amazing with my toddler, who is not the easiest child in the world, I'm going to be honest. Meadow is kind, joyful, creative, and patient with my toddler and my kiddo has so much fun. I feel secure in the knowledge that Meadow is taking care of my kiddo, as she asked detailed questions about allergies, diet, routine, and follows parental instructions and preferences for how to handle tantrums, etc. We are counting down the days until her return to UIUC from summer break.
