About Meagan

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, responsible, and playful. I like working with kids because adults don't ask you what your favorite dinosaur is :) Kids are so imaginative and inventive and I am consistently amazed by the creativity that they have. I'm looking for a job that allows for summer fun and adventures with the kids. I'm happy to work with any age of child and whatever size family. I welcome family pets! I started working with kids when I was a teenager- babysitting my cousins. I continued doing childcare side jobs through college. I began teaching in elementary schools and have worked with school age children through high school. Altogether 15+ years. In my spare time, I like to read, garden, bake and play games with my own children. We love board games, Marvel movies and Star Wars. One thing you should know about me is I will care for your kids like they are my own. I love being playful and silly, but expect responsibility and respect from the kids.
