Meagan was our f/t nanny for 7 months. She was good with our daughter, but moody and became increasingly disgruntled without any explanation; threatened to quit early. Our baby wasn’t a good napper and this distressed her to what I think is an unnatural degree. She abruptly ended communication with us after her job was done, again with no explanation. We always paid her on time, and often treated her with gifts and meals, so her behavior didn’t make sense to us. Not good for long-term positions.
