I am a Kindergarten teacher looking to help out a local family over the summer. I have been teaching for 7 years, and before that I was a professional nanny for 8 years. I will be bringing my son with me (3 years old) and thats why my hourly rate is so low. Ideally, I would find a family with children similar in age. I am comfortable with meal time and cooking for the children, naps, outdoor play , and intentional learning time every day. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, for the summer only, and fits with my son as well as myself. I started working with kids when I was 18 years old. I also took child development courses in high school. I've known FOREVER that I wanted to be a teacher! One thing you should know about my son is that he is allergic to peanuts. I love working with kids and helping them learn!
