About Melanie

Hi families! My name is Melanie and I'm 27 years old. I've been in the Army National Guard for almost 7 years. I also work full time as a federal employee with the National guard, I do supply management. I have a son that is 2 years old and he is my whole world. I'm going back to school in fall to finish my GE, my goal was to always be a nurse but life happened. I have experience working at hospitals and facilities, when I was 20 I got my CNA license because my end goal was to be a nurse but I decided to join the Army. I LOVE kids of all ages, before I joined the military I used to baby sit A LOT. I haven't babysat in over 7 years because I joined the military and worked full time, but now that I'm a mommy I have ALL the experience and I know one good thing that I'm doing in life is being a good mommy to my son. I'd like to babysit part time on the days I don't work and hopefully I'm able to take my son. He's a sweet boy that loves to play and he's very gentle and caring.
