Melanie is great with people, she's worked for our church for about 5 years now. She's kind, willing to do whatever is necessary, punctual, and just in all around. Good person. During that time she's also been a caregiver for individuals and families and I have referred her as a caregiver to members and friends in the past. Melanie is quite knowledgeable about senior issues and understands the type and level of care and concern that older folks require. In her capacity as church sexton, she does a great job with both our coffee services and power many church and private events. Melanie is alert enough to assess the needs at the moment, yet low-key enough to make herself invisible when required. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
