About Melisa

I began providing childcare as a preteen. Being the youngest in my family, I didn't have younger siblings to love and care for so I directed my attention to all my friends and families little ones. I continued caring for children as a teenager and was a nanny for a year while in college. Meanwhile, I have faithfully worked in the church nursery (12-18 months) since I was 18 years old. I have cared for children as young as a 3 months old to the oldest which has been 12 years old. Upon college graduation, I began teaching fourth grade. It is something I truly enjoy. Now a days, I babysit on occasion after school or on the weekends. I am not a mother but am a very involved aunt. Since I am a teacher, I have only 5 weeks left that I am available full-time.
