About Melissa

I have taken care of 2 elderly ladies until their deaths, one in 2015 and the other in 2019. The first was my neighbors mother, whom I dressed, fed, bathed, gave meds, and cleaned her home. She was a patient who had suffered a stroke and was limited in daily tasks. The other was my aunt, a second mother to me. She suffered from dementia and various other diseases. I cared for her from 2015 up until her death in 2019. Daily tasks were assisting in bathing, dressing, companionship, meal prep, keeping her room clean and tidy, assisting with medication, dressing open wound, transporting to all appointments and shopping. I enjoy caring for the elderly, as they have worked hard all their lives and deserve to be treated with dignity. I hope to continue assisting individuals in this capacity once again. I am bilingual in Spanish
