Hi! My name is Merci. I am 22 years old and am currently attending college online. I have been babysitting/nannying for the past few years and would consider myself quite experienced around kids. On top of my regular babysitting jobs I grew up with 10 younger siblings so I am used to the high energy environments that comes with little ones. :) My family has fostered 13 children and I volunteer in the childcare ministry at my church! In the past I have also volunteered to provide childcare for the Foster Adopt Parent Association of Cherokee county. A little bit about myself: I consider myself very emotionally aware and have the biggest heart for kids. So sweet on the phone interviews. Would have loved to work with her. We talked for quite a while on the phone, called all her references and the DAY she was coming over to meet our son she quit without reason despite us directly asking. Prices and hours and job had been entirely discussed so not giving a reason why she chose to not do the job the day of was a huge disappointment. I only give the review so if you hire her (or she agrees to working for you) have a back up plan just in case. We had stopped interviewing through the weekend when she was arriving that Monday. :(
