Meredith is a wonderful caregiver. She is kind, calm and caring. She has a genuine personality. Meredith shows up excited to see our children each day. They both can hear and feel her excitement to see them. We are at ease when leaving our children with Meredith, knowing they will be well cared for while we are away. She is thoughtful in that she wants the children to be comfortable and happy each morning before school. When our littlest was struggling with big emotions, Meredith was calm and patient and took an active role in helping us problem solve the situation. As a result, our little one respects and looks to Meredith as another adult in her life that will help take care of her when having sad or worried feelings.
