Hello! My name is Mian (Me-on), I am 28-year-old student, and experienced care provider, with a passion for making children with a safe, fun, and engaging environment. I am a creative and I have studied Early Childhood Education at Pacific Oaks College. These skills have proven to be useful when coming up with lesson plans or activities tailored to a child's individual needs. My experience working with children began at the age of 13, babysitting for family members, and grew from there. Since, I have since worked in daycare, classroom, and home settings, with babies and children ages 2 months to 12 years. My daycare experience includes working as a Discovery Preschool Teacher, Teachers Assistant, Lead Teacher, Daycare manager, Intern (LAUSD Preschool), Assistant Program Leader/Tutor with SPARK Academy, and In-Home Tutor. Mian is so incredible – – she is kind, a great listener, hard-working, a great communicator and most importantly, so present with our kids! She Is the kind of person who makes every moment count – – my kids absolutely love her. She also helps out around the house while the kids are sleeping, which is a huge added value for our family. We have been hiring her for years, and she continues to show up with a huge heart and a willing spirit! We could not be happier with how she cares for our children – – highly recommend her to any family looking for a warm, loving, responsible caregiver!
