About Micala

I'd describe my personality as bright, creative, responsible. I like working with kids because they're so fun and interesting. I was a toddler teacher for some years and I LOVE watching them grow and learn in the world around them! I'm looking for a job that is kind, respectable to me and is open to getting to know me as well as letting me join in the caring of their family. I started working with kids when I was young actually. I started babysitting when I was 11 for family friends. I eventually got a job as a toddler teacher in a few companies, I care for a few of the children I once taught for! In my spare time, I like to do art. I went to school for Graphic Design and still am heavily into art. I draw, paint and sculpt! One thing you should know about me is I'm very communicative but also quiet! I am all about creating an open communication space but am often quite otherwise. My skills include creativity, conflict resolution and compassion.
