Michelle was a full-time nanny for my son for almost 3 years. Michelle has a strong background and training in childhood development as well as a lot of great childcare experience. Michelle caught on quickly to my son’s routines and was very effective at implementing my wishes/instructions. She is very engaged with children and loves to connect with them on their level. Michelle is attuned to children's needs and great at adapting and gently guiding children, even in challenging situations! Michelle is an excellent communicator for those who might be anxious about leaving their child with a caregiver. She is also flexible and generous with her time. I highly recommend Michelle!
