I have lots over 10+ years of experience in taking are of children and working with families of all sizes! I was a nanny for 5 kids for 7 years! Now, I work with several different families, because I love helping families that just may need 1 or 2 days a week! At this time I work weekly with 3 families and I currently have open days for anyone who else who may need help but only need one day a week or even short-term or date nights! I am also very comfortable with overnights, pets and one-time jobs! I do lots of things, dishes, laundry, cleaning up after the kids, running errands, swimming supervision, doctor appointments, arts and crafts, playing games, outdoor activities, but child care is my main priority! Just looking to help care for your little ones or older kiddos as well!

Michelle has been an absolute Godsend for our growing family! We first hired Michelle when our little one was about 6 months old. We started with one or two days per week, and now we have two little ones and see her multiple days per week plus date nights. Our toddler loves Michelle's energetic spirit and they enjoy going on "adventures" together in town. Michelle has gone above and beyond for us after the birth of our second child - helping with grocery shopping, restocking our son's favorite snacks, preparing his dinners before she leaves, washing and sterilizing bottles, unloading our dishwasher -- and anything else that she suspects might need doing around the house. She does all of this and more without having to be asked. What a blessing she has been to us! We are sad to be leaving Richmond behind, and even sadder to leave Michelle. We can't wait for her to help us with date nights when we return to see family!
