About Michelle

I have a degree in elementary education from 2005. In the last 17 years I have briefly worked as a substitute teacher and cared for special needs children in a school setting. Then decided to be a stay at home mom raising five children and helping my husband with his small business. I volunteered as much as possible in my children's schools throughout the years. Their ages range from 17-3. In 2021, while homeschooling two of my children, I helped start a homeschool co-op. My passion is in play-based learning, incorporating the arts into learning and helping learners of all types feel confident and successful. I love nature, being outside and exploring the world through the eyes and hearts of children and our elders.
