About Michelle

Hi, my name is Michelle and I am passionate about transforming how we view and care for people who are living with dementia. I am compassionate, heart-centered and believe it is essential to know each person as a unique individual. I can offer you/your loved one peace of mind, perform needed tasks, dementia consulting, and a positive, upbeat personality. I have worked in eldercare with a specialization in dementia care for 25 years. Why would someone with a PhD in gerontology want to work in a home care setting? I am frustrated by our broken eldercare system and know we can do much better. I am most happy when I am able to directly serve and support people with dementia and consult with their families in this journey. I'm also a licensed and board-certified creative arts therapist and a certified forest therapy guide! I look forward to meeting you!
