We absolutely love Michelle! She is so warm, friendly, kind and gentle with our kids, and she is so flexible and so easy to work with! She strikes the right balance between taking initiative in certain ways and also waiting to ask before making some decisions when appropriate. We have a 5 year old, a 3 year old and a 2 year old so our kids are not an easy crowd, but Michelle jumped right in without any hesitation! We would love to have her watch our kids forever but alas, our youngest will be starting preschool in just a few weeks. Strongly recommend her!
