Michelle is absolutely amazing with my 10 month old son. She's been his nanny since he was 5 months old and is so kinda and caring with him. He's a difficult baby to say the least. Michelle has also watched my preschool aged kids on date nights and does wonderfully with my incredibly stubborn children. All three of my kids are so comfortable with her. She's a part of our family at this point and such a wonderful person to have with our kids.
