Hi my name is Mikaela! As a creative and friendly caregiver withover 2 years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I'm excited to continue my journey as a childcare provider. I believe open communication is essential, so parents can expect written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to activities, I love engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With a background in early child development coursework and First Aid training, I'm well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
