About Mikayla

When I was adopted as a newborn, I joined a family with older parents. As a result, I spent my childhood weekends with women who were 55-85 years old, learning invaluable lessons from them. Eventually, I landed my first job as a home aide for an elderly gentleman, assisting with feeding, bathing, household chores, medications, appointments, and more. We grew very close, and I considered him a dear friend until he passed away. My passion lies in nurturing and cherishing our elder community, and appreciating the stories and experiences they share.
