About Mindy

I was the Program Director of a large childcare facility here, offering childcare for 75 children, from infants age 6 weeks, to school age children. I also previously worked as a preschool teacher for 2 years, and was lead teacher in the infant room for a couple years as well. I was Program Director for a summer camp program for 4 years, and I was responsible for planning weekly field trips, outside games, physical activities, and water play for all ages. I directed our annual end of the summer-talent show and preschool graduation. I volunteered for a Christian Children's ministry on the weekends for 6 years and planned the lessons, activities and curriculum for infants through school age children. I am current in my CPR and first aid certification, and was previously water safety certified as well as car seat safety. My husband and I have been together for 17 years and we have 3 grown children ages 16 to 24 and we adopted our American bully, Moose!
