After a phone interview, I setup a meeting between Mirta and my mother in order to find out if they would be a good match. Since I didn't hear anything from Mirta before the meeting, I tried to contact her in order to find out if she was actually coming. I only got an answer ... just one minute before the scheduled time telling me that she had "an emergency". I thought this last minute message wasn't very professional but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt, hoping for additional information later. Today I still haven't hear from her and I am quite disappointed by her lack of communication.
