About Morgan

Hello! My name is Morgan and I am a fourth year medical student at UMMC. I graduated from Baylor University in December of 2019 and am now finishing medical school. During my time at Baylor I worked for three years as a supplemental instructor, which is like a hybrid between a tutor and TA. I taught both chemistry and math throughout undergraduate, and attended seminars twice a year to learn the most effect methods of teaching students. After graduation I continued my work with students. I tutored a high school student in Math, Science, and Spanish both in-person and online. I helped to keep him on top of assignments, complete projects ahead of time, and do well on tests. I truly have a passion for teaching, its part of what lead me to medicine, and I have had experience struggling with material so I know how challenging school can feel, and am more than willing to share strategies to overcome those feelings. I am a tutor both for students and for parents.
