About Naedelys

I've been a Certified Medical Assistant for 5+ years and a recent Certified Nursing Assistant Graduate. Some specialties I've worked for are; Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Hematology, Oncology and I've also done Phlebotomy work. As a CNA I've completed several Clinical Skills such as Ambulation Assistance, Bedpan Assistance, Dressing, Bathing, Feeding, Vital Signs, Catheter Care, Mouth care, Denture care, Hand and Nail care, Foot care, Bed baths, ROM, Transfer patient from bed to wheelchair etc. I am a Proactive and reliable multitasker with excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize patient needs and coordinate daily basic care needs. Highly motivated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for process improvement efforts.
