Nat was hired by us through Pedalheads, a camp that teaches kids to ride their bikes in a safe and fun way. I brought my two young boys and was immediately introduced to Nat who was running the camp. She had excellent communication with us parents, was always using positive reinforcement with the kids to encourage them to ride and not give up, and she was incredibly patient. Her positive attitude and patience really shown through, and she was so kind to every child. We were in one of the last camps of the summer, and overall, Nat ran the camp with 155 campers which is such an accomplishment to keep things running so smoothly with that many kids. I was blown away watching Nat keep each day so well planned out and always being able to adjust the day's needs as necessary. Her communication with the other counselors was always thorough and she had each day so well organized, maintaining structure and fun activities for the kids, beyond just riding their bikes. We picked this camp because it had the highest rating out of any camp in LA county, and for good reason. We would love to bring our boys to future camps that Nat runs, as she is such a hard worker and just incredible with kids of all ages.
