I am a semi retired RN with years of experience working with the elderly. I am looking for part time work. I'd describe my personality as calm, pleasant, empathetic. I like caring for seniors because they are inspirational! I believe that it is in their best interest to remain in their homes and be as independent as possible. I'm looking for a job that is not stressful and one that allows me to spend time with the client. I started caring for seniors 30 years ago in a program that provided assistance, mainly personal care, to the elderly and disabled. In my spare time, I like to dance and go to the beach. One thing you should know about me is that I am dependable and caring. My skills include assistance with personal care/activities of daily living; therapeutic communication and empathy.
