I've always had pets. I tend to be their favorite furless creature. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and livestock. Animals are one of my main art subjects, as I find them very inspiring. I am serious about the role of caretaker/steward/companion. Pets do so much for us, it is nice to give back. I've given animals medicine, cleaned their ears, massages their lumps, trimmed their nails, & cleaned their messes. House/pet sitting is always fun too. A friend of mine likes to call me for July 4th dog soothing, if that tells you anything.
