About Natoya

Hi my name is Natoya. I am a caregiver and I have been working as a babysitter for 10 years. I take care of newborns up until age 8 years. I love children they are a joy and a blessing to work with. Many of them, they are like family it's not just a job anymore. Ever since I became a mom of 2 girls who are now 14 and 15 years old, it's been a passion to take care of as many children as I can. I have also worked with children that are from 2 different parents from newborns up, so I could say I have experience working with twins. I am very energetic, easy going, loving, caring, and most important a very honest person. Communication is a very good thing for me, without communication we have nothing. It is a very good thing to always communicate about the children and share information about the children so we are always on the same page . I drive, have my own car, I can travel. I am a very fun person, I love to play and do a lot of activities with the children. I can take them on play dates, picking and dropping off to and from school. I do housekeeping too while the baby is sleeping or the kids are at school. Every child or children that you take care of is a different experience all the time. All newborns and toddlers are different in their own way but it is good to have these different experiences to learn. It is always a learning process because you can also learn from the children too. I always like a challenge because that's what I am used to because I multitask a lot. I am used to doing all these things, because I have taken care of up to 4 children all at once. I am a very reliable person always on time whatever time you want me for, I am there. My references could tell you that I show up. To me, being there whenever the person wants you to is important because I think about being in that position and I would want the same thing. I am a very respectful person, I teach my children to be the way. Whenever I take care of a newborn or toddlers I always give it my best. I bathe the kids, give snack, and help with homework. I am a big fan of homework. I also take the kids to activities and do a lot of fun stuff with the kids. As you know for the newborn, you play, talk, read, and sing to them. I love doing all these wonderful things with these babies.
