My experience in childcare was mainly as a teenager. As a baby sitter, I cared for a new born and her older sister. As they grew their ages ranged from new born through 9 years old. Most recently I assisted a friend of mine with her new born. My friend was adopting and had very limited maternity leave available. I assisted during the first few weeks until a permanent daycare provider could be found.

Nicole has been a much needed and well appreciate addition to my family. As a single working mom, she helps me keep my home and personal business in order so that I can focus on my kids and my career. She assists with everything that I cannot get to some being routine things like food prep and house tidying to less frequent tasks like schedule maintenance appointments, plan party logistics and run errands out of the house. Nicole takes direction well and frequently checks in to see if I need schedule adjustments - all of which I appreciate. She is a creative problem solver and efficient with her work, too. All in, my house and personal environment would not run smoothly without her oversight. I highly recommend her!
