About Nicole

I have diverse experience with children of all abilities, including teaching various subjects in schools and hospitals and working as a mental health counselor. Co-owning and directing my own preschool added another dimension to my wealth of experiences, where I actively engaged in educating, supporting, and learning alongside children. Currently, my professional focus is on preschool thru middle school-aged learners, covering Literacy, Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Creative Arts, and Social and Emotional Development both virtually and in-person as a dedicated tutor/private teacher and homeschool coach. I have a B. A. in Psychology from Western Michigan University, a M. A. in Child Development from Michigan State University, and I hold licenses to teach Preschool through 6th grade. My commitment to education and child well-being is further underscored by my certification as a Director of Large Center Child Care in the state of Colorado.
