A huge part of our relationship success will be having open communication (regularly) on what your needs are, and mine. I have been a nanny for several families (and my own for 33 years), from newborn to teen. I have a deep passion for treating those I nanny for as if they were my own - with the highest level of privacy, respect, love, and concern, becoming an extension of your family. I average $25 an hour with the child/children being the main focus, and $30 an hour when combining childcare with household assistance/management (light cleaning, organizing, etc.). I charge $30 for 3 kiddos and/or if your child has special needs, with the kiddos being the main focus. I would prefer the use of the family's car when taking kiddos to and from any daily activities, however, we can discuss this (adding in payment for mileage and wear & tear on my vehicle).
