I have been a professional Senior care giver for over 12 years. I take pride in working with families who need help to care for their cherished loved ones. In addition to the many caregiver responsibilities I perform, I also have managed an entire caregiver team for my clients. Scheduling, hiring, managing performance, reporting, and monitoring. I recognize that many families need assistance in managing the care of their loved one and may not have the time, experience, or focus to assure consistency in providing quality of life for their senior. As an independent caregiver at Charlestown Retirement Community, I managed all the activities surrounding my client's care including doctor's appointments, hair appointments, recreational/social activities, shopping, and sharing quiet time conversations. A senior's happiness depends on establishing a routine that they love. I love what I do. That is, I love to take care of my senior client as well as the needs of their family.
