I have taken them to doctor visits, etc. I love children, and I have a lot of experience with all ages including newborn. And of course, very important I have 2 kids and 5 Grand kids. Norma has been taking care of my two daughters for more then a year. She is always on time, very detail oriented and always thinks ahead. She tries to be flexible to help with our changing schedule. She is very kind and nice to children. My kids love her. She is also very dependable, i can't say enough nice things about her. We are very lucky to have her ;)
