Hi, I've always had a passion for caring for children. As the oldest sibling and maternal cousin I've had a lot of first-hand experience providing for and attending to young children. I love to engage and provide a positive influence. I believe in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly and approachable. I strive to build strong relationships with both the children I care for and their families. I believe that open and honest communication is key, so I provide regular updates about the child's day, any issues and I follow the parents' preferred method of communication. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead. I understand each family has different rules and expectations, so I adapt my approach accordingly. I'm comfortable enforcing rules in a gentle and consistent manner, always keeping the child's best interests at heart
