Palavi started to take care of my mother on very short notice. This was the first time we ever needed a caregiver so we were very concerned about opening my house up to a stranger and alone with my elderly mother. Very quickly Palavi put us at ease and was wonderful and patient to my mother. She was on time everyday, showed up and a good mood with a smile and fit right in with our family.
